Carl Sagan

Dedicated to Carl Sagan's legacy

Prior to astronomer Carl Sagan, scientists were discouraged from sharing their ideas with the public. That all changed with Carl Sagan's seminal television series, Cosmos: A Personal Voyage.

Since the series' original airing in the 1980s, science has become increasingly integrated with American culture. Our goal is to ensure that this legacy continues.

Preparing the future

Here at Science Matters, our staff firmly believes that mankins's future will be dependent on a strong scientific enterprise. To that end we are dedicated to promoting education in science, as well as the related fields of technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).

If you sympathize with our goals, get involved!
